How can we deliver new homes in our town centres while celebrating their distinctive energy and character? For Lewisham, the answer has always been rooted in the people who bring the place to life every day.

We’re delighted that the Lewisham Town Centre Masterplan—which will deliver around 1,700 new homes, alongside new public spaces, community facilities and vibrant town centre uses—has now received planning permission.

This milestone is the result of a truly collaborative process. The community engagement, expertly led by Something Collective and supported by the Masterplan Team at Studio Egret West, along with plot architects Archio Ltd and Mæ Architects, has helped shape a vision that reflects the aspirations of local people.
